Rude rude senior citizens! No empathy or compassion. Try to keep me from going into the weds luncheon with my 89 yr dementia client because I wasn’t buying food. They were rude raising their voices to say “make sure you tell the cook you didn’t pay so no food for you “! It was horrifying she was making a spectacle that I had not enough for me and my client. So I was gonna sit it out by her side my client I speak of. I won’t be taking any of my other clients there if that’s how they’re going to treat their caregivers.

It's great! The grounds are quite lovely and do surpass the inside which is rather sterile but fine. The attendant there was exceptionally thoughtful and kind.

Easy check in for the Woodshop; you can buy a coffee or soda, hangout and browse the calendar.

I went on three different trips and I will be specific… Number one was supposed to be to Cannon Beach and the center did not know it was closed and we had to go to another place that was inaccessible to half of the people on the trip because of the steep hike down to the ocean. On the second trip, the driver told us that the walk to the Last art gallery was 7 minutes and it was actually 40 minutes; we would’ve ridden the bus if she had accurate information. The last trip was to the high desert museum. The driver did not have a cell phone number for the other driver on the trip and didn’t even know exactly where we were going and had to consult people on the bus as to where it was. One person was missing on our bus as we left and the driver left the museum without that person and didn’t realize it until we were nearly to the highway. 40 minutes later the person was found and it brought us home late. Three strikes. It makes me so sad because these could’ve been fabulous experiences and we’re not.
